Recipe for Chinchalok w/Onions (Chilli Padi and Lime)
- 3 tbsp of chinchalok
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 3 chilli padi, finely sliced
- Juice from 2 lime
- Pinch of sugar (optional to taste)
- In a bowl, place all ingredients together and mix well. Taste.
- Serve with BBQ stingray, congee or any BBQ dishes.
