Recipe for Chinchalok w/Onions, Chilli Padi and Lime
Ingredients for Chinchalok w/Onions, Chilli Padi and Lime:
- 3 tbsp of chinchalok
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 3 chilli padi, finely sliced
- juice from 2 lime
- pinch of sugar (optional to taste)
- In a bowl, place all ingredients together and mix well. Taste.
- Serve with BBQ stingray, congee or any BBQ dishes.
