This simple Chincalok recipe is easy to make. It is the perfect relish, anytime, every time.

Recipe for Chinchalok w/Onions, Chilli Padi and Lime
Ingredients for Chinchalok w/Onions, Chilli Padi and Lime:

  • 3 tbsp of chinchalok
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 3 chilli padi, finely sliced
  • juice from 2 lime
  • pinch of sugar (optional to taste)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, place all ingredients together and mix well. Taste.
  2. Serve with BBQ stingray, congee or any BBQ dishes.
